Reading
Reading is one of my weaker skills because I read very slowly. On the other hand, I don't really have a problem with vocabulary, so I usually understand everything I'm reading. Although I have to admit reading is not really my favourite hobby, since the start of the first semester I have read two English books. But in my opinion, reading is practised in everyday life, especially when you study English, because if you work and pay attention in the seminars, you need to read a lot. Sometimes I try to read short articles online, especially about topics I'm interested in, like science or travel. I think it helps me get used to different writing styles and sentence structures. I also noticed that reading subtitles while watching films or series can improve my reading speed without me even realizing it. In the future, I'd like to try reading more challenging books, maybe something from the fantasy or sci-fi genre, because I think it could be both fun and useful for my English.
